Using this website
The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, browser zoom and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Each page has a main heading, section headings and a “Skip to content” link. Informative images have text alternatives, and decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
You can open questions with Enter or Space when their headings have keyboard focus. On smaller screens, the Menu button opens navigation; Escape closes it and returns focus to the button. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
Accessibility standard and testing
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have checked page structure, keyboard controls, responsive layouts and common accessibility issues during development. This is not a claim of certified or complete conformance: a full audit across assistive technologies has not been completed.
Known limitations
- The main enquiry route is by telephone. There is no online enquiry form or live text chat; email is available for accessibility requests.
- Some linked guidance is on external websites or in PDFs whose accessibility we do not control.
- Not every combination of browser and assistive technology has been tested.
