Cancellations and your rights
Contact the office promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking. Cancellation rights can depend on how the booking was made, when work starts and whether an urgent repair was specifically requested. Ask for the conditions that apply to your booking, including any request to start work during a cancellation period.

Checks you carry out yourself
